22 & 23 Weeks

I'm combining weeks 22 and 23 so I will be on track lol. Been all over the place people, all over smh.


Baby Walker is the size of a pomegranate 


Best Moment This Week: These past two weeks have been great. Abdul and I did our baby registry and enjoyed our second Valentines Day together :)

Abdul really enjoyed being able to find a good parking spot at Babies R Us lol

Roses and Sparkling Cider! 


Shopping Yet: Just leggings and sweaters.

I'm Craving: Fruit  and vanilla milkshake.

My Belly: Getting bigger!

What I Miss: hhmmm nothing this week, we'll see how I feel next week. 

Sleep: Every now and then I am able to get a quick sleep on my stomach. When I realize it I get paranoid like I'm squishing Sarai lol.

Weight Gain: No idea.

This Weeks Mood: Loved.

Looking Forward To: Abdul designing our baby shower invitations.

**MOMMY'S CORNER** I've been loving the love that Sophie has been giving me and Sarai. She loves laying under her, the sweetest thing ever.

Movement: I think I have a little dancer in my belly, just like her mommy and big cousin Yaya! lol


Symptoms: Give me food and I'll be happy. I've had way too many burgers this week lol

Check out the new workouts I picked up this week!

Arm-Tastic Tuesday, Bootilious Wednesday, Dancer Legs Thursday; These were my three workout days last week. Every other day, I try to get in some cardio (mostly from showing units at work and walking Sophie lol)




Check out FitnessBlender on YouTube. Their channel is amazing. Even though they do not have workouts categorized for pregnant women, their beginner work outs are great. If you were already a workout kinda person then you'll be fine. Of course do not over do it! Please check with your doctor before trying any new workouts or any workouts that are working out new muscles in your body! 

**AGAIN DO NOT OVER DO IT, PLEASE ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE DOING ANY NEW WORKOUTS**
